Dell is now offering the Axim X5 Pocket PC in many European countries. The Basic model sells for about 300 euros in France, while the Advanced one goes for roughly 415 euros. These models sell for ?210 and ?280 respectively in the U.K.

Danger, Inc., maker of the hiptop wireless handheld, today announced it has secured $35 million in Series D financing. The company has now raised over $77 million and believes that it will achieve profitability without additional financing. The new funds will be applied in scaling Danger's business operations to accommodate multiple wireless-carriers world wide. Danger is currently working with T-Mobile and has plans to announce additional wireless-carriers later this year.
