Spb Software House has releases Spb Full Screen Keyboard 3.0.
As CNET News.com's Roget Hibbert said, "The application does what its name implies, covering the whole screen of your Pocket PC and letting you type with your thumbs, rather than a character at a time with your stylus."
Spb Software House has done extensive testing to find ways to make entering text simpler and more accurate.
To improve the accuracy of text input, Spb Full Screen Keyboard 3.0 gathers statistics on how it is being used and what mistakes are being made.
When an unknown word is encountered, the program analyzes the probability of this word being misspelled and substitutes it with the closest one from the dictionary using the statistics gathered.
Other new features include native VGA skins, portrait layout, square screen device support, improved skin format, and Windows Mobile 5.0 support.
Spb Full Screen Keyboard 3.0 can be purchased for $9.95 from the Spb Software House web site.
It is currently available in English, German, and French. Italian, Spanish, and Russian versions will be released later.
Owners of the previous version can upgrade for $4.95. Further details about the upgrade process are available at the company's web site.
