In previous years, PalmSource held a single worldwide conference, aptly named PalmSource, for Palm OS developers. This year it is taking a different approach, holding a series of regional seminars in the U.S., Europe and Asia. The first of these has just wrapped up in San Mateo, California.
This was the closest thing there is going to be to a Palm OS-related conference this year and PalmSource used the event to make a number of important announcements, including two new licensees. In addition, a clearer picture of Palm OS 6 is emerging.
