PalmSource Euro DevCon 2004 Brings Big Announcements

PalmSource's European developer conference is going on now in Germany, and many companies are using this opportunity to make a slew of announcements.

Easily the most significant of these is Palm OS Cobalt 6.1, a new version of this handheld and smartphone operating system.
