Palm Digital Media Offers Free Ebooks

Palm Digital Media is giving away a different free ebook every day until Christmas Eve.

Today's free book is the Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Orczy. This is the story of a daring adventurer during the time of the Frech Revolution.

Current members can simply log into their Palm Digital Media account and download the free book each day. New users will need to register first by opening an account and providing credit card information. Though the credit card will not be charged, the free ebooks are tied to a specific credit card due to Palm Digital Media's publisher agreements.

There are free versions of Palm Reader for both the Palm OS and Pocket PC. Palm Reader is the application necessary to read these ebooks.
