Samsung continues to be on the forefront of integrating microdrives into smartphones.
Last year, it introduced one with a tiny 1.5 GB hard drive, and now it has announced the SCH-M600, which will have twice that storage capacity.
This device will be chock full of other cutting-edge features, like a 2 megapixel camera, a 520 MHz processor, a sliding numberpad, and a 2.2-inch, 240-by-320-pixel display.
There are a couple of downsides to the SCH-M600, though.
For one, it runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE, not the latest version of this operating system.
Also, it's only going to be available in South Korea.
The SCH-M600 will be the first smartphone with Bluetooth to be released in S. Korea.
It will have 64 MB of RAM and 64 MB of ROM.
This smartphone will run on SK Telecom's CDMA network and support EV-DO.
The Samsung SCH-M600 will sell for 700,000 Won (about $670 US).
