Almost since the introduction of the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet last year, there have been questions as to when Nokia would be releasing a new version of this Linux-based device.

Apparently, that time is sooner rather than later. Stefan Constantinescu, of the web site Ring Nokia, has posted pictures of what appears to the next Nokia Internet Tablet, the N800.
No hardware or software specifications were posted with the pictures, but an image of this model's box indicates that the N800 will have a 4.1-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a built-in VGA camera, and an integrated stand.
In addition, it is probably safe to assume that this will be a major upgrade in some of the bundled software, as well.
At this point, it seems likely this device will be released as soon as Monday at the Consumer Electronics Show.
