OQO is now offering a version of its model 02 computer with integrated EV-DO Wireless WAN capability that is compatible with the Verizon Wireless' BroadbandAccess service.

This service provides average download speeds of 400 to 700 kilobits per second and is currently available coast to coast covering more than 200 million people in over 242 major metropolitan areas.
Last month, OQO launched a version of this UMPC-like device that supports Sprint's EV-DO cellular-wireless network.

Weighing in at only one pound, the Model 02 is, according to OQO, the smallest computer capable of running Windows Vista.
In addition, the Model 02 is up to four times faster than its predecessor, the Model 01+ and it has a brighter display.
This computer's new design features a 1.5 GHz processor from Via, and either a 30 GB or 60 GB hard drive.
