Thanks to a slip-up at T-Mobile USA, it now appears likely that an entry-level Sidekick model will debut later this month.

A rebate form found on T-Mobile's web site shows that the Sidekick iD will be launched on April 18.
This same form shows that this upcoming smartphone will be available in several colors: blue, pink, and yellow.
Unfortunately, the form gives little other information about the device itself, aside from the fact that it will use the same form-factor as the Sidekick 3.
A "Bare Bones" Model
According to previous rumors, unlike T-Mobile's current Sidekick, the iD won't include the camera or support for EDGE cellular-wireless networking.
The reduction in features will supposedly allow T-Mobile to charge just $99 after rebate for this model.
The iD isn't expected to replace the Sidekick 3, but instead it will provide a less expensive alternative.
