Contact-ing for Windows Mobile Smartphone Released

Birdsoft has introduced Contact-ing for Windows Mobile smartphones. This is a Home Screen photo speed dialer that allows users to quickly contact people. Simply tapping on someone's photo can open the Contact or immditately dial, email, or visit the web site of the person.

Naturally, it is compatible with photos stored in Pocket Outlook WM5+.

Put Animated Themes on a Pocket PC with FlashThemes Player 2007

Netwasp has released a new version of its Windows Mobile animated theme software: FlashThemes Player 2007.  With this release, any screen type on any Pocket PC device (from 2003 up) is supported, portrait, landscape and even square Screens.

Line of iPhone Cases Announced

EBcases.com has begun taking pre-orders for its iPhone Case Line. At its launch, this is made up of the Copilot and the eNOVO (see picture at right).

The Copilot ($36.95) is a pouch, while the eNOVO ($9.95) is a flip case. Both are made of cowhide leather and come in a variety colors.

Treos Debut Around the World

Palm has launched two of its Treo smartphones in three additional countries.

Claro Nicaragua is now offering the Palm OS-based Treo 680, while the Treo 750 Windows Mobile smartphone is available on the StarHub and SingTel networks in Singapore and the Globe network in the Philippines.
