Opera Mini 4, code-named Dimension, seeks to bring optimized PC-style web browsing to mobile devices while taking screen size and data into account.
It features a new zoom capability. When zooming, Opera Mini dives into the page and then snaps to the content so scrolling is smooth while accessing the desired content immediately.
