AT&T has just announced three wireless service plans for the Apple iPhone, which will debut this Friday. All of these include unlimited data for email and Web surfing, and unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling.
Individual plans are priced at $60 a month for 450 minutes, $80 for 900 minutes, and $100 for 1,350 minutes. Family plans are also available.
All iPhone monthly service plans require a new two-year service agreement with AT&T, and payment of a one-time activation fee of $36.
Other Features
In addition to their other features, all three of these plans include 200 SMS text messages and roll over minutes.
They also offer AT&T's Visual Voicemail service. This lets users see a listing of their voicemails, decide which messages to listen to, then go directly to them without listening to previous messages.
Coming in Three Days
iPhone will go on sale at 6:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, June 29. It will be sold in the U.S. through Apple’s retail and online stores and AT&T retail stores.
This smartphone will be available in a 4 GB model for $500 and an 8 GB model for $600, and will work with either a PC or Mac.
