Motorola Announces Good Mobile Messaging 5

With messaging being more popular than ever on smartphones, having access to email and email-related tasks becomes a needed capability when deploying mobile devices. Good Mobile Messaging from Motorola has long been a popular choice among users and IT support staffs because of its ease of administration and ability to work across several mobile device platforms.

The next version of Good Mobile Messaging should continue this by adding personalization features, strengthening security, and improving device management capabilities.

Other features in the upcoming version will include an RSS reader, priority mail, and personalized notifications to greet the user; while mandatory lockdown, advanced password management, and mandatory application setting will enable IT departments to better support users and their devices.

Good Mobile Messaging 5 is expected to be available in September through cellular operators worldwide, certified resellers, and directly through Motorola Good Technology Group.

It will support many Palm OS and Windows Mobile devices.
