Real-Time Strategy Game Machines at War Now Available

Machines at War is now available for Windows Mobile devices.  Players of this real-time strategy game command an army of forces on a battlefield as they take the challenge of constructing a powerful war machine and become a dominating world power.

Gameplay involves creating and expanding a home city with over 40 structures and units to choose from.  Player have the option to be an economic powerhouse and flood the enemy with an endless barrage of units.  Or they can upgrade defensive forces and build a fortification of turrets and fortresses surrounded by walls and gates. For those who want to go on the offensive, forces can be equipped with unique weapon upgrades.

Machines at War features a random map system so every game is unique and poses new challenges.  Build bridges to cross water, mow down forests to clear a path to the enemy, build walls to defend a position, track tread marks left by enemy tanks to their base, hide under trees for an ambush attack, these are just some of the unique game play elements available.

Palm and Pelephone Launch Treo 700wx Smartphone in Israel

Further proving that there is a global market for its Treo lineup of smatphones, Palm has announced that one of the Windows Mobile Treo models, the 700wx, has been released on the Israeli carrier Pelephone.

Pelephone has made the CDMA/EV-DO Treo 700wx smartphone available now at its retail stores and authorized dealers.
