Early this summer, Research in Motion (RIM) launched the BlackBerry Curve. Today it is introducing a new version of this device with a built-in GPS receiver.
Both of these are called the Curve, but original model has the product number 8300, while the new one is the 8310. Aside from the addition of a GPS receiver, the new version is essentially identical to its sister model.

The 8310 is being launched today by Vodafone in Germany for 100 Euro, who is bundling its Navigator software with this smartphone.
RIM is not saying when, or if, any other carriers will be offering this device.
The 8300 version without the GPS receiver has been available from AT&T since late May.
