Jaiku Releases Second Beta of Mobile Social Networking Application
Social networking is picking up steam as a service of choice for many users, and those services that have mobile-tuned options are riding this popularity wave. Jaiku, a service comparable to Twitter, has recently released the second beta of its mobile client for Symbian/S60 devices.
Included in this release are the ability to read and comment to contacts' Jaikus from the mobile device, increased application performance, and an additional connectivity setting option that leverages constant updating or better battery life.
The mobile version of Jaiku is available now for Symbian devices from the Jaiku web site. To download the mobile application, it's necessary to sign up for the Jaiku service.

Palm and Telus Announce Exclusive Canadian Availability of Treo 755p
The Palm Treo 755p has seen a good amount of popularity in the U.S., and now Canadians by way of the carrier Telus will also be able to use this smartphone and its EV-DO high speed wireless abilities to stay entertained and productive.
The 755p features the first application of Google Maps in a Canadian Treo, as well as integration with Telus Mobile Email.
The Palm Treo 755p is available through Telus retail locations online or $230 CAD on a three-year contract or $550 CAD without a contract.
