Palm, Inc. has re-released its 1.22 system software update for two versions of a Windows Mobile-based Treo offered by Verizon Wireless. This update includes a fix to intermittent network connectivity problems previously reported.
Users who have already installed this update are recommended to re-download and re-run it, due to an error in the original version when trying to connect to network data services that has now been corrected.

The Palm Treo 700 w/wx update applies to Windows Mobile Treos on the Verizon Wireless network only, and specifically to devices that have the current software version TREO700W-1.02-VZW, TREO700W-1.10-VZW, or TREO700WX-1.20-VZW.
To check the software version of a Windows Mobile Treo, press Start, select Settings, select the System tab, open About, go to the Phone tab, and the Software Version will appear there.
