Popular cross-platform synchronization software The Missing Sync by Mark/Space is now available for users of Apple's iPhone.
The package advertises the ability to easily convert and synchronize user data of all types from Blackberry, Windows Mobile, and Palm OS based smartphones to iPhone devices, making it easier for users to switch from other devices to the iPhone, and minimizing the amount of data re-entry.
The Missing Sync also emphasizes the ability to synchronize other forms of data not supported by the standard iSync system used by the iPhone. This data can then be made into searchable databases on the Mac, including text messages, call logs, and other data.
The software package costs $39.95 to new users; owners of other Mark/Space software are eligible for a "crossgrade" price of $24.95.
More information on The Missing Sync for iPhone is available now on Mark/Space's web site.
There are also versions of this application for BlackBerry, Palm OS, Symbian/S60 and UIQ, and Windows Mobile.
