According to a leaked product roadmap, Palm's next high-end Windows Mobile smartphone will be introduced by Sprint in July.
This report in in-line with comments from Palm executives, who said recently that their company will refresh its line of business-oriented smartphones this summer.

This helps confirm many of the earlier rumors about this device, like that it will have the 3G standard EV-DO Revision A and Wi-Fi.
In addition, this smartphone is expected to be the first from Palm with a GPS receiver.
As would be expected with a focus on business users, will reportedly be available in versions with and without a camera.
The leaked Sprint product roadmap indicates that the 800w will run Windows Mobile 6.0 not 6.1, a newer version that's widely expected to launch next week. It's possible this document is simply out of date, as it was clearly made up several months ago, and it contradicts other reports, which say that this model will run the newer version.
GSM Version, Too
Early this year, Vodafone leaked some details on its upcoming version of this smartphone, showing that in addition to Sprint's CDMA model, there will be a quad-band GSM version with and tri-band 3G (HSDPA).
Vodafone is reportedly also scheduled to release the 800w this summer.
