Wayfinder Announces Power Search Web Application For iPhone/iPod Touch 

Wayfinder, known for mapping and location-based service offerings, has announced the launch of a web application for iPhone/iPod Touch mobile devices that makes use of the company's Power Search technology. Running within the Safari web browser, Wayfinder's Power Search takes advantage of several partner relationships to deliver relevant results when searching on items such as phone numbers, person/company names, etc.

Astraware Releases Boardgames for Symbian S60 and UIQ

Astraware has entered into developing for Symbian S60 and UIQ mobiles by releasing the popular title Astraware Boardgames. Featuring the same gameplay found on Windows Mobile and Palm OS versions, Astraware Boardgames has been refined for use on both Symbian platforms.

Palm Treo 500 Voicemail SMS Notification Update

The Palm Treo 500 has received an update that addresses a problem with Vodafone (UK) SIM cards not receiving SMS notification messages when voicemail messages are left. 

This is a minor patch update, and all Treo 500 users on Vodafone (UK) may not be experiencing this issue. However Palm has addressed it in this support fix.

Vodafone Treo 500 users can download a .CAB file to perform this update from the Palm Support Knowledgebase website.
