Astraware has released a sequel to GTS Racing Challenge. The new game, GTS World Racing, offers 64 track layouts across 16 worldwide locations--from snowscapes to dusty deserts; 3 car types to choose from each with their own handling characteristics; and 4 difficulty levels.

It has been designed to appeal to fans of classic coin-operated arcade racing games, with retro style graphics and sound effects.

GTS World Racing is available for a wide range of smartphones and handhelds running Palm OS and Windows Mobile Professional, Classic and Standard.

PhatPad 4.5 Released

PhatWare Corporation has released PhatPad 4.5, the next generation of its notes organizer for Windows Mobile-based devices. Among other changes, the new version features the ability to take a picture with the mobile device built-in camera and set it as a background image.

This application allows users to draw pictures, jot notes, or put a mixture of pictures and typed text on a virtual scratch pad.
