Nokia Mail for Exchange Gets New Features
Mail for Exchange has been Nokia's answer for allowing its E-series and some N-series devices to access Microsoft Exchange implementations. In the latest release, version 2.5, compatibility with Exchange 2007 has been added as well as some usability improvements.

Another change in version 2.5 is a breakdown of into three separate downloads depending on the device that is downloading. S60 3.0, 3.1, and now 3.2 (Feature Pack 2) devices are supported by a separate download.

Spb Backup Significantly Updated
Spb Software House has released Spb Backup 2.0, a tool for making copies of personal data and system settings for Windows Mobile devices. It safeguards from data loss and eliminates the pain of reinstalling applications after a hard reset or a ROM or device upgrade.
This application works for both Pocket PCs and Smartphones and copies the entire device, including contacts, SMS, emails, storage card files, and even preferences and shortcuts. This data can be restored, even if it has to be moved to a new device or ROM.

TreoSpot Renamed Centroid, Now Focused on the Centro
Centroid, previous named TreoSpot, has been updated. This is a location-based reminder and phone profile settings application for Palm Centro GSM smartphones.
Compared to its previous iteration, Centriod has been rewritten completely and now only features support for GSM Palm Centro models. The Treo 600, 650, and Treo 680 models are no longer supported. In addition various bug-fixes, enhancements and optimizations including a new feature called Zones round out this iteration of Centroid.
