Images of Nokia N85 Leaked

Nokia has been on a steady push in evolving its hardware designs while bringing down the price and increasing the features.  As a token of this, a series of pictures of one of this company's upcoming smartphones have appeared on the Web.

Engadget has been leaked four images of this unnamed Nokia model, believed to be an early prototype of the N85. In addition, IntoMobile found a couple more.

Featuring a display dominated by the screen, this device will reportedly have a 5-megapixel camera, internal GPS, and the ability to geotag photos.

Its design is clearly based on the Nokia N95, a smartphone in which a two-way slider concept makes it easy to switch between different modes. A numeric keypad slides out from one end of the device while dedicated media keys can slide out from the opposite direction.

What is not known, or easily discerned, from these photos is whether this is a normal S60 handset or a prototype of a model in the S60 Touch line.

Also unknown is when this device will be released. It's currently still in such an early stage of development that the prototype shown in the images doesn't yet have a product number on it.
