Minor Update Released for Verizon's Centro

The version of the Palm Centro offered by Verizon has received a small firmware (ROM) update.

Exactly what this affects isn't clear. Palm's description only says, "This software update is a minor tune-up that may improve device usability in certain situations."

It is only applicable to Palm Centro models on Verizon's network.

To download this update, visit the Palm's Support website and follow the instructions. It is advisable to make a backup of all data via HotSync before performing this update.
