Those responsible for solving the technical problems of a group of BlackBerry users can now offer remote support for these smartphones thanks to LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile.
This is a multi-platform support tool in use by IT organizations and service providers worldwide to provide acute care of remote devices. It gives support technicians remote access, including remote control of an end-user's device, to diagnose, repair, or teach the end-user how to use their smartphone or computer.
There are also versions of Rescue+Mobile for Windows Mobile and Symbian S60/UIQ, as well as Windows and OS X.
This is an enterprise application, not one for consumers. A one-year subscription for LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile with BlackBerry support costs $1,956.
More information is available on the LogMeIn website.
