The latest smartphone from HP has been launched by Vodafone. The Voice Messenger has a keyboard, QVGA screen, and plenty of wireless capabilities.
This device runs Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, as it doesn't include a touchscreen. It does have a small keyboard below its 2.4-inch, QVGA display.

HP Data Messenger Still AWOL
When HP unveiled the Voice Messenger, it also took the wraps off a sister model, the Data Messenger. This second model is still on Vodafone's "Coming Soon" list.
Unlike its companion, the Data Messenger will use the Professional Edition of Windows Mobile -- meant for devices with touchscreens.
Also, these two will have their keyboards in different places. The Data Messenger's will slide out from behind the touchscreen. In addition, the Data Messenger will have a larger display: 2.8 inches.
Aside from these differences, these device will have much in common, including the same wireless features, camera, memory, and more.
More information is available on HP's website.
There is no word yet on when these models will be released in other countries.
