Paragon Software Group's new Handy Weather for BlackBerry smartphones lets mobile users get real-time, wireless weather forecasts from any point in the world on their device.
This application includes three weather view modes: temperature graph for up to seven consecutive days, detailed weather forecast for each day, or current weather conditions for several locations of the user's choice.
Detailed weather information includes current temperature -- in Celsius or Fahrenheit -- real feel (Rf) temperature,
animated graphics include traditional weather icons and text, wind direction and wind speed in mph, km/h, or m/s, barometric pressure in Hg, mbar or mmHg, relative humidity, etc.
Handy Weather can be set to automatically update weather forecasts at certain intervals (every two, four, eight, twelve or twenty-four hours), or at a time preset by the user.
It is available for $7.95 (5,95 EUR - VAT included) for a three-month subscription service or $17.95 (12,95
EUR – VAT included) for a one-year subscription.
