Skydeck Mobile Dashboard Launches Public Beta

Skydeck has made available a public beta of a "dashboard" which enables users of several types of smartphones to more easily manage calls, voice mails, SMSes, and the mobile phone account. All of this information is then searchable from theSkydeck interface.

Some other features include:

• An enhanced Caller ID;
• Transcribed voice mail which can be sent to an email address
• The ability to add tags and notes to calls and messages
• Search
• Make voice calls and send SMS messages from computer via mobile number
• Ability to backup and edit mobile address book from dashboard

Not all of these features are free. Calls using the dashboardcost $9.95 per month (the Skydeck Basic plan) and there will be other levels of service offering.

Currently, Skydeck is compatible with BlackBerry and Android models. Windows Mobile support is said to be coming.
