Firmware Update for Euro Version of Nokia N95 8GB Released

Nokia has released a firmware update for its N95 8GB model.

This update (v31.0.015)is similar to the one released for the original N95 and includes a closing of a security loophole that allowed devices to be hacked, browser fixes, and some addressing to the image quality of still photos.

This update is only for the European variant of the N95 8GB. The North American version of this model is currently at version 20.

To perform this update, backup all of the content and then connect it to a Windows XP or Vista PC to run the Nokia Software Updater application. All data will be wiped from the device during the update.
