Those who can't wait to get their hands on a Palm Pre might be interested in TealPoint's new TealOS, which tries to simulate the card-based interface of the Pre's own webOS.
This application, which runs on top of the Palm OS, has support for thumbnail image cards, a translucent applications screen, customizable background images, and even a popup "wave" launcher -- all features of the webOS.
Of course, TealOS can't preform a miracle and add full multi-tasking support to a Centro, but it certainly does its best to simulate it.
This software is available now on TealPoint's website. There's a free trial version, and it sells for $14.95.
