HTC Snap for Sprint Appears on Best Buy's Website

Best Buy appears to have accidentally posted Sprint's version of the HTC Snap on its website before the actual launch. Still, this messaging-oriented Windows phone is expected to debut any day now.

The Snap now appears on this retailer's site, but the price is obviously incorrect: $520. And Sprint has yet to announce that it's going to be offering this model. 

This is just the latest in a series of leaks showing Sprint's plan of releasing a version of this smartphone.

Other wireless phone companies who will allegedly get this device this summer are T-Mobile and Verizon.

An Overview of the HTC Snap
This slim Windows phone will have a strong focus on messaging. It will be less than a half-inch thick (12 mm), yet include a full keyboard with domed keys, 2.4-inch QVGA display, and Sprint's version will have a trackball.

This model will run Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard on a 528 MHz processor, and have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as well as GPS, 2.0 megapixel camera, and microSD card slot.

HTC  is debuting the Inner Circle service in this device. This brings emails from a preselected group of people to the top of the users inbox, enabling important messages to be acted upon immediately.
