Bug fixes for iPaq 5400 WLAN, 3900 SD slot

Catching up on some back updates, HP has released yet another firmware patch for the 5400 series iPaqs.

IMPORTANT: For Pocket PC 2002, ROM update v1.11.xx must be installed first before the WLAN firmware update is installed.  DO NOT install the WLAN firmware update before installing ROM update v1.11.xx.

Meanwhile, they've also released bug fixes for the 3900 series, to correct a host of SD card issues.
