A pair of images of the Nokia N97 Mini have leaked out, giving the world its first look at this unannounced smartphone.
No details on this model accompany these images, which were leaked to Engadget. Presumably, this device will be a stripped-down version of the larger one, but exactly what features will be left out are unknown.
The N97 Mini will apparently have roughly the same size keyboard as the current model, but lack the D-pad. Obviously, this means the smaller version will have to have a touchscreen, albeit a smaller one than the N97's.
An image of the back shows that the Mini version will have a flash to go along with its camera, but the resolution of this camera is not known.
Virtually everything else about the Symbian S60 device is still speculative.
Availability?
A Vodafone forum moderator revealed last month that his company will be releasing the Nokia N97 Mini, but when this will happen is a mystery.
Whether this device will be coming to other wireless phone providers is equally unknown.
