A series of images showing an upcoming smartphone from HTC have appeared on the Web.
This device somewhat resembles the HTC Touch Pro2, one of this company's Windows Mobile-based smartphones. Its name -- HTC Touch.B -- also harks back to a long-running series of Windows phones.
Nevertheless, the source for the leaked images says that this device run Google's Android OS instead. HTC has been putting more emphasis on Android in the last year as interest in this OS grows.
At this point, almost nothing is known about this model aside from what's in the pictures. The Touch.B will apparently have a tablet shape with a relatively small screen and 3.5 mm headset jack.
Based purely on the appearance, this may be an entry-level Android model in the same vein as the HTC Tattoo.
