HTC Releases Free Widgets for its Android Smartphones

HTC has released four homescreen widgets for smartphones based on Google's Android OS. Unlike most apps, though, these are only for devices running HTC, this company's proprietary user interface.

The widgets are a collection of utilities:

Battery
Dice
Tip Calculator
Today in History

Pricing & Availability
HTC's widgets are all available for free, and can be downloaded now from the Android market.

They will only run on the HTC Hero and the HTC Droid Eris.
