Nuance Communications, maker of Dragon Dictation, has released a second iPhone app that lets users enter text into their smartphone with just their voice, instead of using the keyboard.
As its name suggests, Dragon Search ties into various search engines, and users can tell it what they are trying to find by talking to their iPhone.
It can tie into Google's search engine, or, if the user prefers, Yahoo or Bing. This app can also search other online service, including iTunes, YouTube, Twitter, and Wikipedia.
It's Free (Temporarily)
Nuance's Dragon Dictation is available for free for a limited time from the iPhone App Store.
Unlike many apps, this one can only be used by the iPhone, not the iPod touch, because it requires the device to have a microphone and an Internet connection to work.
