Google's support line for the Nexus One -- 1-888-48-NEXUS (63987) -- will only answer questions about ordering this device. This company prefers to offer support via e-mail or its website.

Those who would like to talk to a tech support person on the phone should call HTC customer care at 1-888-216-4736. This is also the number to call about repairs or returning this smartphone.

Technical Problems Not Unusual
The issue of tech support came up quickly with the Nexus One, as many early adopters ran into problems getting a reliable connection to T-Mobile's 3G service, This was supposedly cleared up with a recent system software upgrade, though.
