Dragon for Email Lets BlackBerry Users Enter Text With Their Voice

Nuance Communications has brought its popular Dragon series of voice recognition apps to BlackBerry smartphones. Dragon for Email lets users dictate text directly into their messages.

The app is directly integrated with the Blackberry email software. It allows users to speak every element of a message: contact information, subject line and the message's content. Users can compose, reply or forward emails.

Pricing and Availability
Dragon for Email is now available for free for a limited time in the official store for BlackBerry apps, the BlackBerry App World.

It supports the BlackBerry Tour, BlackBerry Storm and Storm2 on the Verizon network; the BlackBerry Bold series and BlackBerry Curve series on the AT&T network; and the BlackBerry Curve series and the BlackBerry Bold 9700 on the T-Mobile network.

Nuance also makes voice-recognition software for devices running Apple's iPhone OS.
