T-Mobile USA has removed from its website a system software update it recently released for the popular HTC HD2. This update was supposed to fix some bugs but it had some serious bugs of its own.
According to a statement on the T-Mobile support website:
Customers have reported issues when attempting to download the HTC HD2 software update, and may be experiencing additional issues following successful downloads. As a result, the software update has been temporarily removed from www.t-Mobile.com/wmupgrade.
Support teams are engaged and working to resolve these issues so customers can take advantage of the many benefits this update will provide. Once the issues have been resolved, the software update will be re-posted.

In addition to having problems downloading this update for the HD2, users have reported a range of other issues:
Overview of the HTC HD2
This very high-end Windows phone sports a 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive Touchscreen and 1 GHz Snapdragon processor.
It runs Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro, but has the new version of HTC's custom user interface layered on top.
Naturally, the HD2 includes mobile broadband (7.2 Mbps HSDPA), plus it includes Wi-Fi b/g and Bluetooth 2.1.
The device also includes a whopping 448 MB of RAM, an 5 MPx camera with auto-focus, a microSD card reader, GPS receiver, 1,230 mAh battery, and a 3.5 mm headset jack.
