Trade shows are a great place to show off new PDAs as well as design concepts that will likely never make it to market, in the US anyway. Fujitsu has a fantastic looking CE .NET PDA called the .U Pocket PDA that they are featuring at CEATEC Japan, which started yesterday.
The .U Pocket PDA features a screen with higher resolution than any other to date. It also features integrated WiFi, Bluetooth, camera, CF and SD slots and a scroll wheel. There is no word on Fujistu's plans to mass produce this device and no cost estimates given should they go that route.

Something else from the show that may be of interest is a CF scanner from Fujitsu. This device will actually be produced, but it's unknown if it will be released in the US.

For more pictures of both devices, check out the Japanese site PC Watch.
