Apple released the iPhone 4 in a black casing last summer, and promised that a white version would be available soon. However, production problems have significantly delayed the white version of this popular smartphone.
An Apple spokesperson admitted yesterday that the iPhone 4 in a white casing won't be available until next spring, which means it won't be available until March at the earliest.
This raises the question of this version will ever be relevant. By next spring, the next generation Apple smartphone will likely be coming in the next few months.
Apple spokeswoman Trudy Muller didn't say what was causing the problems making a white casing for this product. She did say, "We're sorry to disappoint customers waiting for the white iPhone again."
In the mean time, those buying this popular smartphone have been able to get it in any color that want, as long as it's black.
