UPDATE: With 2010 far behind us, you should try the Black Friday 2012 Smartphone deals.
This weekend, AT&T is going to be offering special prices for many of its smartphones. This carrier has posted some "teaser" details on its upcoming sales, but has not yet revealed everything.
On the day after Thanksgiving, generally known as Black Friday, AT&T promises "Some of our best prices on the most popular touchscreen phones including AT&T exclusives!"
Exactly what it means is not yet known. This carrier offers a wide array of phones with touchscreens, including the Apple iPhone 4, BlackBerry Torch, and Samsung Captivate.
On Saturday, AT&T will be offering refurbished models for 1 cent with a wireless contract.
A few days later, on Cyber Monday, this company has promised to offer a different smartphone every 3 hours for one cent... with contract, of course.
Exactly which models will be part of this deal is not yet known. AT&T offers a large number of smartphones, including ones running Apple's iOS, Google's Android OS, Microsoft's Windows Phone 7, and RIM's BlackBerry OS.
