Verizon has introduced a maintenance update for the system software on the Motorola Droid Pro. This isn't an upgrade to Android OS 2.3, but instead fixes some bugs.

According to Verizon's support website, the Droid Pro software update can be manually installed by going to Settings > About phone >System updates > Download.
Users also have the option to wait for Verizon to send the update to this smartphone automatically. Users will be notified when their device has received the new system software and given the option to install it.

A Quick Overview of the Motorola Droid Pro
This smartphone has a tablet shape, with a small portrait-oriented keyboard fixed below its 3.1-inch, HVGA (320 x 480) touchscreen.
It runs Google Android OS 2.2, and Motorola has added some business-friendly software, such as the Quickoffice suite of Office apps. In addition, this smartphone includes extra security software.
The device has a 1 GHz processor, 2 GB of internal storage, plus it is bundled with a 2 GB microSD memory card.
