The HTC Inspire 4G isn't set to launch until later this month, but those who are eager to get AT&T's first Android OS smartphone with a 4.3-inch display can now put in a pre-order.
AT&T itself isn't taking pre-orders, but the retailer Radio Shack is. Putting one in requires a $50 deposit, but this will be returned when this device is picked up in the form of a $50 store gift card, plus this retailer will include $30 in credit to buy accessories. Pre-orders can be placed on Radio Shack's website or its retail stores.
The Inspire 4G will cost $100 with a new or renewed two-year wireless service agreement. This is an unusually low price for a device with its advanced feature set.
This launch of this smartphone is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 13.

In addition, this is the first phone to support AT&T's new HSPA+ network, giving it faster data transfers than 3G models.
If all that wasn't enough, this HTC models is this carrier's first with mobile hotspot software.
