Apple iOS 4.3.2 Details Emerge

Apple is reportedly working on iOS 4.3.2, the second "bug fix" update to the latest version of the iPhone's operating system. Although this has not been officially confirmed, a source at Apple says that this is going to fix an issue with FaceTime and close some security vulnerabilities in the web browser.

In addition, iOS 4.3.2 is reportedly going to repair the problems some iPad 2 users have reported with Verizon's 3G service. Apple has publicly acknowleged that these problems exist, and promised a fix.

Exactly when this system software update is going to be released is not yet knowm, but it's expected in the next couple of weeks.

A Troubled New Version?
Apple released iOS 4.3 in mid-March, and despite this being a fairly minor upgrade, had to quickly release a bug fix update to it a few weeks later. Now the company is supposedly working on a second update to fix problems that weren't discovered before.

Apple is a company that normally strives to get it right the first time, so it's very unusual for it to have to release multiple patches within a few weeks time.
