Samsung Dart Debuts from T-Mobile for Free

Those who are looking for a low-priced smartphone need search no farther than the Samsung Dart. This smartphone is now available from T-Mobile with no money down as long as it's accompanied by a two-year service contract. Even without a contract, the price is unusually low: just $180. That's less than most high-end models sell for with a contract.
