An update to the remote desktop access app, LogMeIn Ignition, now allows iPhone users to access files stored in Google Docs and Dropbox through the My Cloud Bank feature.
My Cloud Bank allows users to transfer files and folders between remote computers and the cloud while on the go, letting users view, copy and save files between their iOS devices, personal computers and other cloud services. Users can access their entire library of files stored in either Google Docs or Dropbox once the cloud services are configured. The update also lets users store individual files accessed from the app locally on their iPhone or iPad for easier future access.
The update is free for existing LogMeIn Ignition users, while new users will have to pay a one-time fee of $29.99 for the app, which can be purchased in the iTunes App Store.
