Motorola’s most recently-announced high-end Android smartphone for Verizon Wireless, the Droid 4, may have just had its price leaked out.

The latest Verizon MAP (minimum advertised list) came out earlier this week, and it included the price of the Droid 4. According to the leaked document, the device will be sold for $250 on a two-year contract.
When released, Verizon claims that the Droid 4 will be the thinnest and most powerful 4G LTE QWERTY smartphone around. The handset will initially ship with Android OS 2.3.5 (Gingerbread), but will be able to upgrade to Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) at a later time.
It will also be released with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video capture, and will contain 16GB of on-board memory. A microSD slot will allow customers to add up to 32GB of total storage on the phone.
The release date has not been officially confirmed, but many are expecting the smartphone to debut sometime in February. Brighthand will keep you updated whenever this news is made public.
