The phone that most expected to be shipped shortly after MWC 2012, may finally have its release date... and it's not for some time Sources claim that the Samsung Galaxy S III will launch at its own special event in May.
These same unnamed sources claimed that Samsung’s upcoming smartphone will be 7mm thick, 1.49mm thinner than its predecessor, the Galaxy S II. The sources also claim that the device will sport an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, a Super AMOLED Plus display, and will run Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
Some other rumored features about the upcoming smartphone include a 4.6-inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution, 2GB of RAM, and a quad-core processor.
