The wraps came off of the U.S. version of the Nokia Lumia 900 last month, but the Europeans have been waiting their turn. That wait may be over at MWC in a few weeks as this device and two other Windows Phones could be on the docket.
The Lumia 900 turned heads at CES in January with its 4.3-inch ClearBlack, AMOLED, 800 x 480 (WVGA) touchscreen. Like the American version, the European model is expected to run Windows Phone 7.5 on a 1.4GHz single-core processor. There have been unconfirmed reports that folks across the Atlantic will get a camera upgrade from 8 megapixels to 12 MP.
Nokia's plans reportedly also call for unveiling the Lumia 610 at MWC. Aside from the fact that this will allegedly be an entry-level device with Microsoft's mobile OS, nothing else is known about it. The third handset is even more of a mystery -- every detail remains unknown.
Mobile World Congress kicks off in Barcelona on February 27, just under two weeks from today. Brighthand will have reporters on the show floor with the latest news and hands-on previews.
